PARIS – FRANCE

Within the engineering department, you will report to the VP engineering and will be in charge of the product validation and qualification teams for the 4G/5G products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for each quality control and monitoring a testing process until the product is successfully deployed. It ensures the delivery of a product at the highest level of quality and verifies its compliance with the various standards or requirements of operators (ATT, Verizon, TMO, etc.)

• Participation to Product specification review
• Test planning and strategy development
• Test execution or reporting Resource management
• Stakeholder communication and management
• Risk management
• Procedure improvement
• Controls project budgets within his field of responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE

• Very good knowledge of testing processes, test automation and software – expert in developing test strategies, test cases, evaluating scripts and implementing them
• Strong experience on project plan including workload estimation, planning, tracking, risk management, bug tracking
• Good knowledge of semiconductor/wireless market

SKILLS

• Ability to interact at all levels within the company (strategic & hands-on)
• Outstanding Management (project and people with 2 levels of reporting) and organizational skills –  experience of managing offshore teams is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills, English proficient
• Team leader, very good customer orientation, team work orientation in a fast moving and multicultural environment

EDUCATION

• Master degree in Telecom Engineering  / Computer Science / Wireless Communications engineering
