If such Sequans Legal Documentation changes, we will ask you to read the updated version before accessing the portal, such access constituting your acceptance of such updated version.

You consent to have the personal data included in your account information (your email address and your password) stored and processed in accordance with the GDPR, it being specified that such processing is necessary for the performance of our agreement – which allows and governs your access to Sequans support cloud portal and email exchanges with Sequans Technical support – to which you are party (further information available about Sequans privacy policy.

Your first login shall be deemed to constitute your consent.
