Developed specifically for AMI applications, the over-molded BGA package of Monarch SiP allows for multiple reflows for significant system level cost savings, and use of less expensive potting materials. Our holistic approach goes beyond the chip and module to deliver a full system solution. Customers using Monarch SiP for their gas or water meter installations can use the same software when moving to Monarch GM02S, or our newest Calliope 2 Cat 1 modules for electricity meters where higher bandwidth may be warranted. We have thought of everything.
