PARIS, France – May 10, 2021 – Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS), leading developer and provider of 5G and 4G solutions for broadband, critical, and massive IoT, announced today Georges Karam, CEO and Deborah Choate, CFO, will participate in the Needham Technology and Media Conference being held virtually May 17-20, 2021.

Sequans will conduct one-on-one meetings on Monday, May 17^th and Tuesday, May 18^th between 8:00 am and 1:30 pm ET. The Company will participate in a fireside chat from 8:00 am to 8:40 am ET on Monday, May 17^th.
